Erasmus Mundus (2009-2013) is a cooperation and mobility programme in the field of higher education that aims to enhance the quality of European Higher Education and to promote dialogue and understanding between people and cultures through cooperation with Third Countries. In addition, it contributes to the development of human resources and the international cooperation capacity of Higher Education institutions in Third Countries by increasing mobility between the European Union and these countries.
The Erasmus Mundus label is associated with the highest academic quality and standards of excellence and offers education and training opportunities for the next generations of leaders in education, research and innovation. Students that apply for these programmes will be prepared for an internationally-oriented career and working environment.
The Erasmus Mundus programmes offer outstanding scholarship opportunities for the topmost admitted students. Students from all countries are welcome to apply and there are different scholarship categories for different nationalities.
